Can you tell us about the benefits you get from the AP Scan solution?
The benefits ofAP SCAN for Sodexo are, first and foremost, the fact that we have visibility for all subsidiaries, since the tool is used both at headquarters in Issy-les-Moulineaux and by our subsidiaries in Portugal, Germany, Austria, Bulgaria, and elsewhere.
It's very interesting for them to have this group visibility, but also for us at headquarters to be able to monitor all the filtering.
So AP SCAN meets the different needs of each country?
Yes, AP Scan is exactly what we need, because it gives us a clear overview of our subsidiaries... but also, if we have a question about the difficulties in a particular country, we can easily get in touch with you, because there's a central overview... and it's updated regularly.
The quality of services provided by AP Scan?
AP Scan 's quality of service is really interesting, as it's easy to contact them... for example, recently, I asked if there was a possibility of upgrading the reports, because as Sodexo Central, we need to have visibility on the activity of our subsidiaries, so I exchanged with Patrice, with Laurent, to say, I need such and such a report, is there a possibility of upgrading it, and it's a point that's going to evolve in the next release (3 to 4 new releases/year), so that's really interesting!
... They're very responsive, they think things through, we come up with a solution, and then we implement it, so we're very satisfied, both at head office and with the subsidiaries.
